Industrial Loft with Twist of Chic in La Verne

This client was ready for a change...and that meant a downsize for her. And she also wanted something different...not her usual traditional. An Open and Chic Industrial Loft look is what she had in mind. We tore down a wall that had divided the living room and kitchen, and this allowed for the open great room. The finishes on the cabinets were chosen to appear aged, like the cream cabinets with a coffee glaze. The Brick veneer backsplash was also carried through to the side family room where her media nook is and we created that built in forever look. The rich warm Toffee Color floors are perfect for this downsize baby boomer.
